铆钉货架是常用的仓储货架品种之一,它因横梁和立柱之间采用铆钉挂接的方式而得名。这种货架组装不需要螺丝,具有拆装方便,组装多变的特点。

货架承重≦150kg/每层,属于轻型货架。

铆钉货架货架结构:

1、货架扣接式结构,拆装方便;与地面接触处配备塑料地脚。

2、货架立柱:由等边角钢双边冲孔制成,孔距离以50mm距离沿直线排列,立柱孔用来挂接层板之用;

3、货架钢层板:采有冷轧钢板按所需尺寸四边折弯成型。层板可选择钢层板或木层板。

4 、立柱与钢层板通过速扣卡销和三角型固定片连接与固定组成的货架。

5、货架部件加工好成型之后经打磨、酸洗、磷化、粉末静电喷涂、烘干等工艺处理后组装成品。生产出的货架成品表面光洁、美观;层板可上下调节,拆装方便。

铆钉货架适用范围: 

1、通常用于中小件、较轻货物存储,单层承重预设在 ≤ 150kg范围内 。

2、以人力、手工搬运、存储及拣选作业为主。

铆钉货架生产工艺

① 货架立柱规格为:30×30mm角钢型材,采用带钢经开平、轧机轧制、冲床冲孔、再根据指定高度切断而成。

②货架层板采用冷板、经开平、纵剪、折弯成型、焊接加强筋制作而成。 

③货架立柱及层板加工成半成品后,就可进行后一道工序喷塑。完成后就可包装发货。

④货架是取代原先企业用角钢焊接,横梁上铺木板简易货架的理想替代品之一。产品具有成本低、组装、拆卸简单、可单独使用。

⑤可根据实际存储空间设计、制造货架。
