模具货架又称模具货架,主要存放模具物品,根据层载能力要求分为轻型模具货架和重型模具货架。货架顶部可配置移动葫芦车,以方便模具的起吊。

货架采用100×50mmC型钢作为立柱,立柱由带钢经轧机一次性轧制而成。抽屉盘框架一般采用矩形管和4.0折弯件焊接而成上铺钢板。导向槽采用4.0钢板折弯而成。顶部、底部采用横梁连接,顶部铺顶板,顶板可存放物品。 如厂房内无行吊,还可在货架立柱之上架设天轨和天车,并可安装手动或电动葫芦,整体部件做好黑胚后经抛丸除油、除锈,喷塑后一道表面处理工艺,完成后便可包装发货。

模具货架的特点:

1、组合装配、主要由柱片、导向槽、抽屉层、拉杆、定位销等,采用螺栓连接,结构比较稳定,比较可靠,一般成排使用。  

2、抽屉盘主要由滑轨、抽屉盘组成。抽屉盘由矩管加折弯件焊接而成的框架和钢板组成。每条滑轨由两个轴承前后上下固定,可以在导向槽内滚动,阻力小,可以拉出抽屉。   

3、模具货架的抽屉盘出于考虑,设计了定位销和限位销,以保证抽屉盘在抽出时保证。   

4、轻型模具货架层载在200~800kg/层。重型抽屉式货架层载在:800~1500kg/层。   

5、模具货架占地少、层重大、分类详细、容易操作。   

6、模具货架还可以在货位式货架的横梁上做抽屉盘,成本更节约,结构稳固。模具货架(图1)
