boltless rivet shelving full display

rivet shelf is one of common storage shelf types, which gets its name from rivet connection between beams and uprights. this type of shelf does not need screws during assembly, and features easy assembly and disassembly as well as flexible combination.

single layer load capacity ≤150kg, belonging to light duty shelving.

rivet shelf structure:

1. adopt shelf snap on structure, easy to assemble and disassemble; plastic feet are installed at the bottom to contact the ground.

2. shelf upright: made of bilateral punched equal angle steel, with holes arranged in straight lines at 50mm spacing. upright holes are used to hook shelf panels.

3. shelf steel panel: cold rolled steel plate with four side bending according to required sizes. steel panels or wooden panels are optional.

4. uprights and steel panels are connected and fixed by quick buckle pins and triangular fixing brackets.

after processing, shelf parts go through grinding, pickling, phosphating, electrostatic powder coating, drying and other processes before final assembly. finished shelves have smooth and beautiful surface. shelf panels can be adjusted up and down with easy assembly and disassembly.

application scope of rivet shelves:

usually used for storage of small, medium and light goods. preset single layer load capacity is within 150kg.

mainly used for manual handling, storage and goods picking operations.

production process of rivet shelf

① shelf upright specifications: 3030mm angle steel profiles, manufactured from strip steel through slitting, rolling, punching, and then cut to specified height.

② shelf panels are made of cold rolled plate, through slitting, longitudinal cutting, bending and welding reinforcing ribs.

③ after processing of uprights and panels, powder coating procedure will be carried out. finished products can be packed and delivered after coating.

rivet shelf is an ideal alternative to traditional angle steel welded simple shelves with wooden beam boards. it features low cost, easy assembly and disassembly, and can be used independently.
