mold storage rack is a professional storage solution for molds and dies, covering drawer type mold rack, heavy duty mold rack, pull out mold shelf, warehouse mold storage rack, workshop mold rack, die storage rack and hoist equipped mold rack. with its unique pull out drawer structure, this rack system allows individual access to each layer, ensuring safe and convenient mold handling. optional lifting hoist can assist with heavy mold loading and unloading, making it ideal for warehouses and production workshops to optimize storage space and improve operational efficiency.

mold shelves, also known as die racks, are mainly used for storing mold products. they are divided into light mold shelves and heavy mold shelves according to different load capacity requirements. mobile hoists can be installed on the top of shelves to facilitate mold lifting operations.

the upright adopts 100*50mm c section steel, which is integrally rolled from strip steel by rolling mill. the drawer frame is welded by rectangular pipes and 4.0mm bent steel plates to form the top plate. guide grooves are made of bent 4.0mm steel plates. the upper and lower parts are connected by beams with top plates on the top for extra storage. overhead rails and hoists can be installed on uprights even without existing factory cranes, supporting manual and electric hoist configuration. after blank production, all parts undergo shot blasting for degreasing and rust removal, followed by powder spraying surface treatment before packaging and delivery.

features of mold shelves:

1. combined assembled structure, mainly composed of uprights, guide grooves, drawer layers, tie rods, positioning pins and other parts connected by bolts, with stable and reliable performance, mostly used in continuous row arrangement.

2. the drawer pallet consists of sliding rails and bearing supports. the pallet frame is welded by square tubes and bent steel plates. each sliding rail is fixed with upper and lower bearings, which can slide smoothly inside guide grooves with low resistance and be fully pulled out.

3. positioning pins and limit pins are designed on drawer pallets to guarantee safety during pulling out operation.

4. load capacity: light mold shelf 200 to 800kg per layer; heavy duty drawer mold shelf 800 to 1500kg per layer.

5. small floor occupation, large storage capacity, clear classified storage and convenient operation.

6. drawer pallets can also be installed on ordinary storage rack beams for cost-effective and stable storage application.
