网箱托盘是四面有网片的托盘，有的箱体上有顶网，有的没有顶网。
网箱托盘的网板有固定、折叠式、可拆卸下式三种。
网箱托盘的四周栏网是采用网式结构。
网箱托盘防护能力比较强，可防止塌垛和货损；可装载异型不稳定堆码的货物。
网箱托盘是在平托盘基础上发展起来的，多用于散件或散状物料的集装，金属网式托盘还用于热加工车间集装热料。一般下部可叉装，上部可吊装，并可堆垛。
箱式托盘四周采用角钢焊接而成，在底部采用波纹板或网片焊接，在波纹板反面含有加强筋增加网式托盘的承载。
网箱式托盘表面采用环氧树脂粉喷塑，有附着力比较强、外型美观的特点涂层厚度可达60-80微米，固化温度180℃。金属表面酸洗、磷化处理，表面美观，充分保证表面质量。

cage tray mesh panels are available in three styles fixed, foldable and detachable.
the side enclosures of cage trays use a sturdy mesh structure.
cage trays offer high level protection to prevent stack collapse and cargo damage, ideal for storing irregular shaped and unstable goods.
developed from standard flat pallets, cage trays are widely used for handling bulk materials. metal mesh trays can also store hot materials in heat processing workshops. they support forklift access at the bottom, crane lifting at the top and safe stacking.
box pallets are built with welded angle steel frames, and the base uses corrugated plates or mesh panels. corrugated plates are designed with rear reinforcing ribs to improve load bearing capacity.
mesh box pallets feature epoxy resin powder coating with strong adhesion and attractive finish. the coating thickness reaches 60 80 microns with a curing temperature of 180°c. metal surfaces undergo pickling and phosphating treatment to ensure long lasting surface quality and appearance.
