贯通式货架通常也叫贯通货架、驶入式货架、通廊式货架、通廊货架、牛腿式货架、牛腿货架。贯通式货架

贯通式货架采用托盘存取模式,将推盘直接存放在货架的隔板上,适用于品种少,批量大的的货物储存。贯通式货架利用巷道仓储货位,由于叉车需要进入货架内部存取货物,通常单面取货建议不超过7个货位深度。贯通式货架可根据实际需要选择配置导向轨道。

贯通式货架在同样的空间内比通常的托盘货架几乎多一倍的储存能力,因为取消位于排货架之间的通道,将货架合并在一起,使同一层同一列的货物互相贯通。

贯通式货架应用于大部分仓库及物流中心如:食品、烟草、冷库等库房。

贯通式货架的托盘在支撑导轨上,托盘按深度方向存放,一个紧接着一个,这使得高密度存储成为可能。

货物存取从货架同一侧进出,先存后取、后存先取,平衡重及前移式叉车可方便地驶入货架中间存取货物,无需占用多条通道。

贯通式货架采用全插接组装式结构,柱片为装配式结构,靠墙区域的货架总深度一般控制在5个托盘深度以内,中间区域可两边进出的货架总深度一般控制在7个托盘深度以内,以提高叉车存取的效率和可靠性。

贯通式货架一般高度设计在10m以内,另外系统中还需加设拉固装置。此种系统货架排布密集,空间利用率较高,适于储存少品种大排量同类型货物,货物可从同一侧存入取出,也可从一侧存入另一侧取出。贯通式货架多用于乳业、饮料等食品行业,冷库中也较为多见。

◇颜色通常有:浅灰色、宝蓝色、橘红色。也可以根据企业要求定做指定颜色。
