carton flow racking
roller type racking adopts the gravity of goods to slide down to production assembly lines, which meets the first in first out requirement of spare parts. they are also known as fluent racking, line side racking, roller racking, aluminum alloy fluent strips and sheet metal fluent strips. the slope of roller type racking can be adjusted on site according to actual working conditions. goods are usually stored in turnover boxes without lower reinforcing ribs to realize gravity driven first in first out storage. such fluent racking is suitable for electronics, automobile manufacturing, distribution centers, supermarket logistics and pharmaceutical logistics industries.
fluent racking is mainly equipped with two types of fluent strips: sheet metal fluent strips and aluminum alloy fluent strips. the bracket of sheet metal fluent strip is made of sheet metal, with 28mm diameter nylon rollers and 33mm roller spacing, in yellow color.
aluminum alloy fluent strip: its bracket is made of aluminum alloy with nylon rollers. the roller diameter is 28mm and roller spacing is 45mm, in yellow color.
the rollers are made of thermoplastic material with proper friction coefficient.
the u shaped groove of the fluent strip is made of steel plate with rounded edges.
