box pallets are pallets with mesh sheets on all sides. some models are equipped with a top net, while others have no top net.
the mesh panels of box pallets come in three types: fixed, foldable and detachable.
the surrounding fence of the box pallet adopts a mesh structure.
box pallets provide strong protection to prevent stack collapse and cargo damage, and are suitable for handling irregular and unstable stacked goods.
box pallets are developed based on flat pallets, and are mostly used for handling bulk materials. metal mesh pallets can also be used for handling hot materials in heat processing workshops. they are forklift compatible at the bottom, crane liftable at the top, and stackable.
box pallets are made with angle steel welded around the frame, and the bottom is welded with corrugated plates or mesh panels. the back of the corrugated plate is designed with reinforcing ribs to enhance the load-bearing capacity.
the surface of box pallets is treated with epoxy resin powder coating, featuring strong adhesion and attractive appearance. the coating thickness reaches 60-80 microns with a curing temperature of 180°c. the metal surface undergoes pickling and phosphating treatment, ensuring excellent surface quality.
