Mold shelves, also known as mold shelves, mainly store mold items, which are divided into light mold shelves and heavy mold shelves according to layering capacity requirements. Mobile hoists can be configured on the top of the shelves to facilitate the lifting of molds.

The shelf is made of 10050mmC section steel as a column, and the column is made of strip steel rolled at one time by a rolling mill. The frame of the drawer plate is generally welded with rectangular pipes and 4.0 bending parts to form a top steel plate. The guide groove is made of 4.0 steel plate bent. The top and bottom are connected by beams, and the top is covered with a top plate, and the top plate can store items. If there is no line crane in the factory building, the sky rail and crane can also be erected on the shelf column, and manual or electric hoists can be installed. After the black embryo is done, the whole part is shot blasted to remove oil and rust. After spraying, a surface treatment process can be completed, and it can be packaged and shipped.

Features of mold shelves:

1. Combined assembly, mainly composed of columns, guide grooves, drawer layers, tie rods, positioning pins, etc., connected by bolts, the structure is relatively stable, more reliable, and generally used in rows.

2. The drawer tray is mainly composed of a slide rail and a drawer tray. The drawer tray is composed of a frame and a steel plate welded by a square tube and a bending part. Each slide rail is fixed up and down by two bearings, which can be rolled in the guide groove with low resistance and can be pulled out of the drawer.

3. The drawer tray of the mold shelf is designed with positioning pins and limit pins in mind to ensure that the drawer tray is guaranteed when drawn out.

4. The light mold shelf layer is loaded at 200 to 800kg/layer. The heavy-duty drawer shelf layer is loaded at 800 to 1500kg/layer.

5. The mold shelf occupies less space, has a large floor, is classified in detail, and is easy to operate.

6. Mold shelves can also be used as drawer trays on the beams of storage shelves, resulting in more cost savings and a stable structure.
